Terms of use
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Wadar website and signup to its mailing list. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
2. What is offered today
As of today, Wadar offers only a free signup to a mailing list. Members receive news on the product's progress, roughly every two to three weeks, and will get early access plus a founding price when the platform launches.
No payment is requested, no card details are collected. The full platform described on the site is not yet accessible: what is shown describes a product under construction, with no committed date.
When the platform opens, it will be governed by separate terms, brought to members' attention before any subscription.
3. Signup and unsubscribe
Signup requires a valid email address and explicit acceptance to receive our emails. An address can only be registered once.
You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click, from the link in every email. It takes effect immediately.
4. Nature of the information published
The information Wadar publishes consists of measurements and observations. It is not investment advice, not personalised commercial advice, and not a guarantee of results.
Decisions on purchasing, stock, pricing or launches taken after reading it are the sole responsibility of the reader.
When a measurement does not rest on enough observations, Wadar says so explicitly rather than publishing a figure.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is. The publisher works to keep it available but does not guarantee continuity of service, absence of errors, or a strict sending schedule.
The publisher may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. Members are informed by email within a reasonable time.
6. Use of the content received
Content sent to members is intended for internal professional use. Reselling it or embedding it in a third-party commercial offer requires written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, in writing to contact@wadar.app, before any legal action.
